Tell us when suits you.

The calendar on this page is our own week, read from the same rows the surgery is run from. Nothing is booked by choosing a day: it is what we ring you back about.

Book a visit

Two steps, and neither of them books the appointment on its own. Pick a day that suits you and tell us how to reach you; we ring back during opening hours and agree the hour between us.

When

Pick a day.

The greyed-out days are days we are shut. Nothing is reserved by choosing one — it is what we open the telephone call with.

October 2026

Which day would suit you?
25

Only the days the practice is open can be chosen, and choosing one reserves nothing — we ring you back to agree the hour.

No particular day

Leave it as it is and we will find a day together on the telephone.

Morning or afternoon?

Who

And how we reach you.

A name and a number is all we need. The rest only helps us come to the call already knowing what it is about.

This is where we ring you, or message you on WhatsApp.

We keep only your name, your number and what you write here, so that we can get back to you. Please do not put health details in this form — we will talk about those in the chair.

What happens next

Three things, and then a date.

  1. We read it the same day

Requests land on the front desk’s own list, oldest first. Nothing sits in an inbox nobody opens.

  2. We ring you back

During opening hours, on the number you left, in the language you wrote in. If we cannot reach you we try WhatsApp.

  3. We agree the day

The day you chose if it is still free, and the nearest one to it if it is not. Only then is anything in the book.
