Fillings
The decay comes out and the tooth goes back to its own shape, in a composite matched to your enamel.
The decayed part is removed and the tooth is rebuilt in a composite matched to the shade of your own enamel, layer by layer, and set hard with a lamp. It is done under local anaesthetic and you can eat as soon as you leave. A tooth treated early is a filling; the same tooth left alone becomes a root canal.
People come to this when:
- Something hurts
How it goes
The three steps every treatment here has: what is looked at first, what happens in the chair, and what you leave with.

Anaesthetic
Only the tooth being worked on, and we wait until you feel nothing.

Clearing the decay
All of the affected part comes out; what is left underneath is sound tooth.

Rebuilding
Composite goes in layer by layer in the shade of your enamel and is cured. You can eat as soon as you leave.
Where it happens
The chair, the instruments, the bench behind them and the people who use them — the part of a treatment a paragraph cannot show you.

How long it keeps you
Appointments, days in Vlorë, and months from start to finish.
An indication, not a quote. What it actually takes depends on the examination — and you get the plan, how many visits, how long and what it costs, in writing at the first visit.
